I had an almost beautiful print using no support and 35% infill, but... It wasn't sealed and therefore it didn't work, I printed  http://www.thingiverse.com/thi... succesfully doe.
I like your design. What can I do in order to improve the printing and make it work?

Since I've experimented with polyester resin I once thought about designing and printing one for a low vacuum molding chamber (correct term?). I searched for data about those things on the net but did find neither the theory behind it nor plans I could copy so I ditched that undertaking.

Did you have some sources? And have you tested it?

I guess it'll be pretty robust against slight printing flaws.

It has to be printed long side up to be internally overhang free.
But turning support on (for the outside) will add support
outside AND inside. *DONT_KNOW* If you add some cutaway support structure (like a thin wedge between inlet and outlet) this will be on my definitely to print list.

I've just seen in Meshlab that there is a nice rounding from the middle block to the outlet but not from the inlet to the middle block. Could you add a rounding there too (the bigger the radius the better) - again for overhang freeness.
