I have an updated version (sort of) for mounting the BL on the printer.
This is a simple mount for the BLTouch on the Anycubic Kossel.
It places the BL at a height that is within the mounting range and does not interfere with the movement of the hot end.
Since your printer is probably different than mine, you should carefully and accurately set the offsets for you machine in the firmware. The X and Y offsets should be right about:
X = +36.1
Y = -27.2
My Z offset was: -2.1
Again, check and set the offsets for YOUR machine.
This will slightly impact distance on the +X and -Y side of the build plate. You may have to reduce your build size slightly. Be sure to set your probing range correctly or you may hit something.
Also, if you are using the original bed mounts, depending on how big your probing area, build area and model are, you may hit the front right bed mount (don't ask...). I originally removed this one mount to give me enough clearance. Please manually move the hotend a little at a time to verify clearances.
Having the BL has made things SO much easier. No more fiddling with the end stops, etc.
I am working on another version of this mount that should allow full range of motion on the hot end. I'll post that up when I finish it.
I believe I used 2 tops, 2 bottoms and 3 perimeters. Infill was at 30%, but you might be able go quite a bit lower. The BL is pretty light, but we don't want any mount flexing during probing or printing.
