Description
Hobbing Tool i made for using with a proxxon KT 70 micro compound table (or similar) and a drill press.
Instructions
1. print
2. add bearings
3. add hobbing tool to the compound table
5. mark where you want to roughen the bolt
4. add the bolt
5. insert a thread tap into the drill press
6. start the drill
7. move the bolt to the thread tap by using the compound table

It is very easy to make a bolt using this tool. I used a M5 tap and cut (pushed the tap into the side of the bolt) 0.038". The process takes about 5 min per bolt.
