Why is the claws center inside that small hole? It just mushes the tick increasing the risk of tick transmitted diseases.

To me it seems that such a tool should be as much function and as little design as possible.

Okay... um.. good job 'n all, making a useful object that I would have never considered and making it work. You've really shown the versitility of being able to make your own stuff.

I sincerely I never have need to make one.
