I bought some ABS online and the spool didn't fit on my existing spool holder.
The spool is about 160mm/6.5" in diameter and has no distinguishing features.
The spool holder is equally boring.

Instructions
1. Print.
2. Jam it into the top of your thing-o-matic.
3. Hang a spool of plastic off it.
4. Print something more interesting (like a skull box thingiverse.com/thing:22432).
