Really cool model but it crashed and/or brought RepG to its knees on my feeble laptop... I finally got it to print on the Makerbot after some scrubbing and simplification of the model, but still need to play with the settings a bit to get a cleaner print.

I hate to say it but something is wrong with your Replicator. The quality of your print does not match what i've seen done by the Replicator.

If you down scaled my design, that could explain the bad walls
&
amp; gaps.

(when downs caling a model you must understand that the walls thickness are also thinned and may crack)

I'm thinking this is a bit too ambitious for an UP! printer, but I will keep chugging. I scaled it down by 50%. Going to try again at 90% over the weekend but I'm going to split it in half down the middle.

Why scale it down? you make the walls so thin they will collapse... making the print look ugly.

Trust the designer

this should be interesting!

Love it!!!!!
