Your not using SS nut as well? Will be problematic, use brass.

This is why i'm using A2 stainless steel Z threaded rod (more straight)!

Yeah, these cause a lot more problems than they solve. You're better off without them.

If you don't have perfectly straight threaded rods, this piece will introduce Z-wobble to your prints.
