Car Sun Shade Part
Description
The driver side sun shape on my car is broken, a small plastic block that the sun shade clips into has snapped and means the sun shade shakes and flaps when we go over big bumps.
This item was actually what got me looking at 3d printers when I could not find the replacement part available without buying an entirely new sun shade.
It probably wont be much to anyone who doesn't own an ageing KIA Sportage, but just in case its of use to someone else...
I've included the SketchUp file in case anyone is interested.

Instructions
The model has two parts, the block itself and a peg to be inserted into it (I could not build it as one part because the peg would be too much of an overhang so the peg is separate and a small hole exists in the main part to insert it into (with a drop of glue).
There is a deep countersink for the single screw that holds the item in place.
This model has not been tested.
