Print face down with no raft or support. If you use blue painter's tape as the surface, you get the added bonus of a nearly identical texture as the original part.

After printing, heat the edge of the part gently with a hairdryer or heatgun to soften it, and give it a gentle bend like the original. You shouldn't have to heat the thin panel, just the thick edges.

I highly suggest using ABS instead of PLA. I tried it in PLA and the heat from the bulbs has warped the panels.
