Hey! This thing is still a Work in Progress.
Files, instructions, and other stuff might change!
Replicator Door Panel Hinges
Description
I designed up these self-latching hinges to fit the 5.75mm plywood of the Replicator and accept similar thickness doors or, using the inserts, to accept 3mm (~1/8" Acrylic) doors.
Instructions
Printed using 0.2mm layer, 20% fill, 100C build plate temp.
Leveled the build plate with my leveling jig thingiverse.com/thing:23257 after the build plate has heated. Careful, hot things are - well, umm, hot and can burn!
The hinge pins are sized to be a press fit into one half of the hinge and a free fit in the other half. That's a quarter milimeter difference! Yeah Makerbot!
I put everything for 2 doors in one print. If you have trouble with the pins I put up a separate file for them in case you need to reprint them.

Sweet! :)
Did you get the doors from the master Replicator thingâ½ http://www.thingiverse.com/thi...
No I drew it up myself. Ran on laser cutter but I made the mistake of loading a new dirver before I ran this and the door came out with some problems. Had to hand cut and file some parts of it to fix. I will try it again when I get some more acrylic. The fluorescent green really glows when the LEDs kick on!
