No it's not true. Still remains the effect "Wobble Z". This problem seems to be improved changing the screw. Maybe!

The design is included in the files section, it's the ipt file (autodesk inventor)

BTW ... would it make sense to increase the contact face between the printed part and the z-mount plate higher?
Based on current contstuction it is only about 1cm high.
