Description
Swing-arm trebuchet scaled for MakerBot Replicator.
Instructions
Printed in ABS at 4 shells, 20% in-fill , 235°C on a 115°C bed; raftless/no-support.
Assemble the swing-arm with a bit of crazy glue. Glue also used on bucket pin caps. All other junctures simply presure fit.
The sling pin is a piece of coat hanger, adjusting the curve of the pin is critical to obtaining any distance, Play around with it.
For a sling, I use the handle from a plastic grocery bag.
Counterweight is filled with spare change.
