Description
Maximized for the Replicator
Instructions
UPDATE: I added plates for the replicator, you need one of each plate to have a full lock.
Pin 1 is the closest to the key opening, Pin 5 is the furthest
Print 5 copies of the driver pin
I haven't printed this yet, so beware the tolerances might need some tweaking.
iworkinpixels promises to make an openscad file that will make parametric keys and pins for custom locks... pester him

Atartanian was nice enough to help me fix this after I originally just scaled everything up by 2.5x and printed most of it, and then discovered that doing so also scales up the tolerances by 2.5x, and that's bad juju for making a pin tumbler lock.
I'll need to print a new plug, key, and pins, and then I'll see if the lock works... if it does, I'll make a parametric OpenSCAD file to generate new keys and pins, and a set of giant picks, and MegaLock will be complete! :-D
MegaLock... LIIIIIIVVVEESSSS!!!! :)
I dont think that most of the people here know the difference between a bad juju and a good juju.
