Z Stage Motor Flange Cap
Description
Every so often the screw flange on the top of the Z-Stage would loosen the bolts and cause problems. This would result in a varience in the z offset this resulting in bad prints. And those nuts are really small and hard to tighten. So I wanted a better solution than every so often tightening those nuts.
This cap will fit over the flange and allow you to attach it with a few M3 bolts. You will have to drill some holes on the top of the z stage.

Instructions
Print off the part. Make sure it fits well. I tried to make it as snug as possible.
Drill through the holes on the part and attach with 3 3M bolts and nuts. I attached mine with bolts that were 16 mm long and they just barely work. I suggest at least 20 mm but if you are like me you have a bunch of 16 mm left over from the construction of your bot.
