Description
you may found somthing on line supply the filament spool does not fit into makerbot original bracket. because makerbot one is 50mm and most china made standard is 38mm center hole diameter. you can use this while using the small hole spool thn.
Instructions
1) Make sure the exterrior support has been choose when building Gcode
2) Set the In-Fill as much as possible, my one is 50%. more In-Fill cost more extruding time
3) A raft may necessary, my platform temperatue settings 110C
4) Make sure the filament no jam during extruding. because the extruding time is a bit long
Remarks:
1) I found not everytime the output can be done without problems. I found the support materials does not strong to hold the product, sometimes the part may lossing out because the part not firmly sticking on the platform
2) Therefore, while the plastic up to the cylinder portion, try to use the kapton to help a bit (see the photo). then guarantee everytime the output can be done.
