Description

This is a bushing for the 1kg 1.75mm spool of ABS from Makerbot. It's designed to use Z809 bearings which I had salvaged from an old discarded skate board.

Instructions

Print two bushings, and press fit Z809 bearings in place.

Just measured the printed part with my calipers and get 51.9mm. It's a perfect fit in the spools makerbot sells. Snug enough to stay in place but, easy to insert and remove.
