Unbalanced Vase
Description
This is an unbalanced vase (weighted on the left side) to hold small flowers.
Instructions
I drew this vase by hand on a sheet of paper, then placed a few dots at critical points on curves (see image). I measured and marked the coordinates of each dot in mm (lower left corner was origin). Using 123d software and the "spline" draw tool, I recreated the curves on a 100mm by 125mm by 36mm "box."
This was printed on a MakerBot Replicator, then I added quarters in the bottom opening to weight the vase so that it would stand.
For more instructions on how to use 123d software for this project, go to:

The file, "vase deep hole.stl" holds 16 quarters and will allow larger flowers on the right side.
