The surface of my desk must be rough because the black skids on the bottom of my mouse wear down over time. So much so that eventually the aluminum body of the mouse is rubbing on my desk. (making a horrible noise) This is a printable solution to this problem. These skids snap around the existing skids and raise the mouse up to a normal level without interfering in the function or feel of the mouse.
