This object can be printed with the default setting, but there is an issue about this object. Even with a carefully calibrated 3D printer, the tip of the forceps is still not printed accurate enough to be useful ("accurate enough" means able to pick up a hair). Fortunately, you can correct it easily by sanding the tip a little bit.
