Lasercut filament spool (30cm)

Description
This spool uses 5mm thick plywood and is designed for cnc routing. All but the last side is glued together as a unit and the last side is held on with screws for easy loading.
Instructions
I used a 1/8" endmill. The slats should be cut from the outside (tool offset) and the slots and holes from the inside. The smaller glue hub is cut from the outside and it's holes from the inside.
The files that end in TAP are the Gcode I used. I drive my router with Mach3. Maybe it will work for you. Be sure to use a 1/8" endmill and use a sacrificial piece under the plywood. It will cut deeper than the thickness of the plywood. There are no tabs, so you will need to hold the parts steady as they cut free.
I used 16" square blanks with screws in the corners to hold it in place.
The zip file is the original Solidworks 2011 part and assembly files. The zip is made with the Pack and Go function.
