Summary

This started with me wanting to make a toy for my kid. It ended with me making something I will probably never get around to printing. It's a space ship that you can put a lego mini-fig into and even a printable Fox head for your mini-fig.

Instructions

Print the body and wings in natural.
Print the sides in blue.
Print the canopy in clear if you have it, in light blue if you have it... I don't know.
Blue the fox head in orange.
Glue the blue into the body.
Snap the wings into the body from below.
Get the body from a minifig (or print one)
Put the fox head on the minifig body.
Put the minifig in the cockpit.
Snap the canopy into the body.
Do a barrel roll.

Lego with Nintendo milust happend. This is a really cool model that I would really want to print

Thats extactly what went though my mind also when I seen this thingi.

That takes me back.

I actually was in a contest called Super Starfox weekend

still one of the best games on the snes (hmm maybe i need to model a Samus)

This was made during a night of insomnia. Development stopped on it rather abruptly so there's a number of details that it doesn't have. The body needs some prettying up (like the blue has). The canopy should have a version with a hole in it so you don't need clear plastic.

But for now this thing is bigger than I want to print. One day I may make a 50% smaller version... if I'm willing to risk the fine details.
