I did some 'research' to scale the ultimate for different can sizes.
To print a 24oz tallboy can scale by: height x 1.585, width x 1.106
Fosters oil can: height x 1.285, width x 1.273
32oz highlife can: height x 1.585, width x 1.273
Make sure to read up on your laws before you print one of these. In many states it is a crime to own any type of brass knuckle. Even those made of plastic, or composite. Including California, New York and Texas.
For example...
Texas does not differentiate with regards to composition materials, making the possession of "knuckles" a Class A Misd. (See. Texas Penal Code § 46.05. PROHIBITED WEAPONS) Specifically, Texas makes it an offense to intentionally or knowingly possess, manufacture, transport, repair, or sell and prohibited weapons (including knuckles).
what are the exact dimensions of this? my printer requires that otherwise itll change the size
Awesome man, glad you like it, I tried to design it in such a way that it would fit many cans (most have some small variations) and it seems to be serving Thingiverse just fine.
Turning your beer can into a beer stein with the ultimate is the ultimate way to class up some rolling rock. Just trying the brass knuckle out now, but the ultimate prints great.

I really like this design - simple and effective. I've made it my Thing of the Week on 3Dgeni.us so do check it out:
