I have managed to print it with a single wall, but it still printed a base despite me disabling it in the fill section in skeinforge, any ideas?

you somewhat sliced it with 2 perimeters. It must be sliced with 1 perimeter and no infill.

OK, What am I missing here. It doesn't slice or print properly.

it indeeds slices in slicer, but at a certain point slicer makes it a non stretchlet one.. bout halfway in for me

Looks like dog shit you need to input it into Microsoft netfab. There is over a million flaws with all your models. Oh that's right you've admitted you use pictures and trace them in 3D Programs due to the fact you posses no real skill.
