This is a simple Celtic Knot in the form of a double ring (with six points).
STL files created using Steve Abbott's beautiful Knot3D program (http://www.stevenabbott.co.uk/Knots/knots.html).

Instructions
Print on a 3D printer (e.g. Replicator) - external support and a raft helped (see photos). ReplicatorG defaults used.
This one is ~10cm wide and took ~2 hours to print.
I've included the K3D file and the 3D settings (for Knot3D) are on the screen snapshot.
Update: Two untested STL files added ("Celtic ring A & B"). Produced by a highly complex deconvolution algorithm (chopping the original STL file in half).
