Summary

We at FIRST Robotics FRC Team 3044 or 0xBE4 have designed a bracket to hold the power cable in. We have had our fair share of losing coms because the cord came out just a bit. This is our solution and we hope we can help other teams solve the same problem.

Instructions

We have a Makerbot Replicator 2X and printed it out of the true yellow abs filament. The only special things is we scaled it up to 102% to account for shrinkage and filed down the prongs after it was made so that it fit right. Just make sure you turn it on its side to print so it looks like an L when you look at it from above.
EDIT: The D-Link power cord.stl is the updated file. It was printed at 100% and designed around non-consistent shrinkage. When printing turn so the numbers are facing up.
