It looks like it is designed for very fine tollerances, I don't think anything but a powder based machine will print this in a posable way.
This STL derivative also seem to be 1 solid part, so definitly not posable. (Cura's plate splitter does not make seperate parts of it, which it should if it where lose parts)

The current presented SLT isn't, but the WRL file has the individual parts that could be separated and each part made into SLTs . . . Just didn't have the time to separate them out . . .
