Nice! I was thinking of something similar, but never got around to modeling it. A suggestion: how about a version with other features (foramina if it's a skull, for example) at half the depth of the cutting edge? that way they'd be incised into the upper surface of the cookie but wouldn't cut through, leaving a more detailed picture.
Anyway, good work!
