90° Frame Jig/Clamp
Description
Holds a 90° joint in place while the glue dries. Meant to be used after you biscuit or peg joint the pieces.
Instructions
1) Print one of each part.
2) Drill out the holes in both jig parts so a 5/16" rod slides smoothly through.
3) Insert a 5/16" nut into the Nut Lock™.
4) Insert the Nut Lock™ into the outer jig piece.
5) Thread a 5/16" rod through the inner jig piece and into the outer jig piece, engaging the rod with the nut in the Nut Lock™.
6) On the inner end of the rod, add a 5/16" washer, nut, washer, nut. Tighten the nuts together. The outer nut can now be used to tighten the jig.
