iPad Backseat Cinema
Description
This iPad holder is designed to be placed on the headrest of the two front seats in a car, for the passengers on the backseat to enjoy a movie. I have made a derivative so it is possible to place the iPad on just a single frontseat - but this original version fits my needs for the coming holiday. Feel free to derive or suggest improvements :)
Instructions
Print the parts on your 3d-printer. Try to follow how I positioned the parts to ensure best rupture strength for the individual parts. Use a power drill to make the hole go through in part B.
Then get the following from your hardware store:
2x64cm 10mm Aluminum Tube (Might be shorter if you want to try a derived design with only one carseat)
5 pcs M4 30mm (or preferred 25mm) bolts
5 pcs M4 nuts
2 pcs M8 40mm bolts
2 pcs M8 nuts
Follow the images if you are unsure how to assemble the kit.
