This is a model of the University of Washington "W" and the Washington State University "Coug Head" formed by each other in a single block
Instructions
Upload into ReplicatorG and scale to preferred size and Print!
I have set my Replicatorto print with 45% fill, .2 layer width, and a printing feedrate of 40. I also had a hard time getting Skeinforge to work, so I used Skeinforge (35) settings.
I now use MakerWare with a 10% infill, I still use Skeinforge for the high quality profiles and a .1 layer width. This makes the support structures break off incredibly easier
