As seen on [Makezine](http://blog.makezine.com/2012/07/31/meet-vancouver-maker-dan-royer/) and [Hackaday](http://hackaday.com/2012/07/27/drawbot-software-aims-to-do-it-better-than-the-rest/)! Build a robotic art machine and - if you want - learn about the pythagorean theorem matters, gcode, programming, electric circuits, soldering, stepper motors, servos, and so so so much more. The experience you gain will directly apply to building & operating a 3D printer. Think of this as the mini-boss to help you level up before the finale.

Just wondering if there was an stl for the bobbin? :)

With permission I've included the Drawbot Pulley directly in this thing.  Enjoy!

There is this one... http://www.thingiverse.com/thi...

As well as these... http://www.thingiverse.com/der...

Depending on the motors you are using one might work better than the other. I actually modified the sad for the bobbin I printed to adapt it to my motor.
