Originally made for Nikon but I suppose it should fit most hot-shoes.

I wanted to be able to rotate my attachment in case so I figured I would remove the stops and make it uniform.

Instructions
I printed and acetone glued it to the part I wanted attached to my camera.
The included model already have some extra height added to it as so it will give a couple of mm of clearance if you glue/attach it to something.
