It's standard ABS printed on a UP+ printer.
From the look of it I'd guess he's using PLA but natural colored ABS should work quite well also if it's thin, (i've seen light diffuse through about 1mm of abs).
What is the material?

Instructions

Simple design, it was my first Thingiverse object and an educationnal object for me.

Designed with OpenSCAD, the SCAD file is parametric and you can change the external dimension and wall thickness to adjust to your light project.

The SCAD file has also a module to produce a small case to snap some led diffuser together. Material : ABS

The picture show 5 LED on a breadboard with 5 diffusers and a case to align them.
