Description

These teeth are made to be manually operated to chatter without the need for a windup component. They were made with The Replicator and then bent with a heat gun into position. I gave these to a 'special visitor' who was being interviewed here this evening for a German TV show.

Created by Todd Blatt

Instructions

Carefully heat the bridge between the two halves to bend the part into the right shape. Glue in teeth.

I've worked out the "laying flat problem" by importing the model into another program and slicing it down to lay flat. The current problem I'm running into is the "teeth" have rounded "roots" and the "gums" have squarish holes. So it takes significant manipulation to force the teeth to fit into the "gums".

Get your dremels ready boys because you are going to need it.
