Print Thing TagSummary
This is a gearbox housing for the Andymark CIMple Box that allows the use of the PG style motors instead of the CIM. This requires the Andymark Gear, part number AM-2088 (16 Tooth Gear 20 dp 10mm Key Bore). This housing still uses the same bearings, output shaft, and 56 tooth gear. We machined a .220" long spacer .5" dia with a .397" hole (X drill), to keep the motor gear off of the face of the housing so it did not wear. Also the holes for the motor mount are a little loose to allow small adjustments to compensate for the plastic contracting as it cooled.
