You do a great job painting.
Are the paints acrylic or like testors type of paints?
I've been using acrylic craft paints (best example here

Also, are you using brush? airbrush? foam brush?
Inquiring minds want to know!
I've started painting my models with acrylic paints. I did a few with brushes but at this point I'm playing with an airbrush.
The first set of acrylic paints I tried were designed to be replacements for oil paint (holding their shape), which didn't work out too well.
Recently I've been using opaque Createx airbrush paint (even if I am using brushes) and I've had pretty good results. You can see the results in the more r

Ah... acrylic, yes. Water-based. I use a lot of Citadel and Vallejo Game Colour paints (usually used for Warhammer models, etc). I lay down a coat of spray-primer first (cheap stuff you get at a hardware store, Krylon, Rustoleum, etc) and then I paint by brush (regular bristle miniature brushes). I water down the colors quite a bit to achieve a glossier look.
Thanks, man. Hey, I tried your link but it didn't work. I'd love to check out what you did.
