I'm curious - how did you slice the velcro so thin, and attach it to the plastic? Does someone sell thin velcro tape?

I used a velcro with double-side tape sold in Daiso (Singapore). Before attaching the velcro, I cut it using a laser cutter. Of course, you can cut it by your hand as Roboteernat mentioned.
Later, I will make and upload the .ai file for cutting velcro by laser cutter.
