Do you have part numbers for the gears? I'd love if some manufacturer offered steel gears that were the correct dimensions we needed for our extruders.
I like the design. Many of the other 3D printable extruders rely on printing gears which always seemed hard to do (especially the stepper motor pinion gear).
I was able to download extruder_36.stl OK, but adruecker.stl does not seem to be an STL file. My browser loads a giant file in a new window that indicates it is a OpenScad file. Maybe the file names are reversed and the file marked .SCAD is the .STL file?
Begin lines in andruecker.stl:
solid O
penSCAD_Model
facet normal -1.000000 -0.000000 -0.000000
outer loop
Zweilochmutter = Round nuts with drilled holes in one face
What for do you use them?
