During my senior year of college I lived at 47 Mason Street in Somerville. For fun I made a 3D model combining 47 with Mason and later made it into singlets for my housemates.
The stl was just printed out using ReplicatorG - the silver one was printed in PLA on an Ultimaker and the white one in ABS on a Replicator.
The DXF's were cut in acrylic using a laser cutter. To make the singlets I pinned each one to cardboard then used fabric spray paint.
