Summary

This is a 3D printed creature house. This is very similar to the one I played with as a kid that was made out of wood.

Instructions

Print the six pieces out. FYI STL units are in inches. You will need some sort of glue to assemble the pieces. Personally I used a thin CA glue for the ABS parts which is available at most hobby shops and hot glue for the mesh. Also required is the mesh which is just window screen that is available at many big box or hardware stores. I used metal screen rather than plastic because that is what I had lying around. Either will work fine.

Very nice work!

THANK YOU. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! For showing the bug box with that huge spider. I'm gonna print one for my son and I'm DEFINATELY not gonna skimp on the hot glue to the screen! Might even work out a lock for it so he needs me to open it up after he makes his catch. Nice work here.

Thanks for the feedback. There is no "lock" on the door, but there are little dimples that keep it centered. :-)

Speaking of the door for some reason it didn't upload... So I will check on that now.
