Description
Skeg for a Kayak. This was was designed for the Intex K2 Inflatable Kayak, but I m sure it could be modified to fit others.
Instructions
I m planning to CNC this out of .25" ABS.
you will need to Drill your own mounting holes.
For the Intex K2:
1- CNC part out of ABS (x2)
2- Drill two mounting holes in original skegs on bottom of Kayak.
3- Drill matching mounting holes in Skeg (toward front to allow the skeg to be placed farther back toward the rear of the kayak.)
4- Bolt CNCed Skegs to skegs on kayak.
