I won't pretend to remember how I arrived at the trig that went into this code, but this is fully parametric. (It's probably redundant in a bunch of places, but it's working, so I'm not futzing with it further.)

The STL as generated will fit around the outside of a 1.5" PVC T-junction (with some sanding per printer tolerances).
