Summary

The chain I purchased was listed as 3.2mm, although I think it is a bit different from the style from JohnA's. The changes were made using his scad file, please refer to it if more changes are needed.

Hi,

Thanks for posting this!

I printed your pulley and the size is ideal for the 3.2mm chain I use but the shaft and captive nut holes are too large (ie: shaft size comes out at 5.5mm). Would you still have the SCAD file you use to generate your pulley?

Regards,

Mike

I'm on a work trip at the moment, so I can't access the file right now, but you should try this file.

Thanks for the quick reply! I'll start off with the original SCAD file.
