Ultimaker Extruder Gear Replacement IAN
Description
I wanted to print out a new extruder gear for my two ultimakers today, when i spotted that all the model data i found was not really what i wanted. One has too much detail that was not needed and the other, well the actual 3d model war really horrible. good luck to the poor users who try and run on that one...
anyway, i made a brand new 3d model today, printed and tested it. it works and i added ultimaker to the front because... im proud :-)
enjoy. Ian

I sliced this in Kisslicer and found there was something odd about the layers with the text on them; it created paths for what would be empty space above the lower void in the wheel. Sending it through cloud.netfabb.com to see if it will fix, otherwise I'll try to pull the offending layers out of the gcode. I can send you the bad gcode file if you would like to see.
Thanks for making this- I really needed a new gear! Could you post your source file as well, so it could be edited?

Printing now. Assuming my extruder doesn't clog itself, I'll post a pic.
