You will need

1 endstop (small mechanical)
1 M3 (3mm) nut, washer, and screw (20mm long)

I have looked for one several times. I thought that there must be one. If so, I could not find it. I hope it works for you.

Mechanically, it works perfectly. Just have a little soldering on my plate to finish up.
