Description
LM8UU caarriage for the printrbot with a Jhead nozzle MK-V and a gregfrost extruder.
Jhead use a 16mm hole and gregfrost extruder have two 4mm hole with 50mm in between.

+ teeth hole added and relocated the hole specially to be adapted to a 8teeth pulley T2.5.
+ Fix the Jhead attach
Intruction for v2: print and remove the support wall between the two sets of tooth
