With 3D Slash, you can edit 3d models like a stonecutter. A unique interface: as fun as a building game! The perfect tool for non-designers and children to create in 3D.

The model is broken. Everything prints fine besides the 2 smaller cylinders with the round tops. Those are corrupted and need to be redone. I was able to print everything else OK.

Really like the design but couldn't get it to print without clogging or popping of off of the pad? I'm using PLA. Any suggestions would be great!

i did ok on maker ware started a print got 90 percent and got a clog

I've tried to build this several times. My most recent attempt (with both ReplicatorG, and MakerWare) were thwarted by errors in the model/slicing. :(

Is there anyway you could split the pieces up? That might stop the warping since each piece could be done seperate. Or even do it in 3 files...ie: Saucer, engines, deflector/front of engines

You are right, that might be the answer.
Thanks

please share any tips on keeping the saucer section from warping

Still working on it. I think it's the uneven heating problem. What I heard is that using PLA plastic is better.

That looks like NCC 1701 not the -A.

Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd about those details. :)

Thanks Dave, change it :)
