Next to being awesome it’s optimized for printing without support material, and perfected to hold your iPhone or other smartphone!
(Also very cool as fruit holder, or just to throw at somebody who asked you for a hand).
Both files are pretty much the same, SUPERfinal has 43k faces, REGULAR got 15k, you choose.

Instructions
On ultimaker, PLA, perimeter 2, solid layers 2, infill 0, layerheight was 0,15 and was a little to heigh (you can see some small holes).
Special high tech weight solution: during printing, fill the hand with some sand to counterweight the phone!
