Description
Many UK loft trapdoors have a rotating latch that clips into a bracket mounted to the trapdoor frame.

Instructions
Print it, mount it using screws through the two screw holes and bingo!
You may need to tweak the parameters in the SCAD file to match the width of your trapdoor catch etc.
I printed mine using 75% fill (rectilinear) for strength, just to be sure, but that's almost certainly overkill!
