Any specific slic3r setting tips to get this to print well and at a decent speed? At .2mm layer height, It's estimating a 12hour print just for the rose. Does this seem right?

Try printing smaller, 75% scale, less than 2 shells, and use sailfish. And by sailfish I mean 90mm/s print speed should be safe but quick.
